for sale, then provided detailed feedback from buyers and brokers that toured the property. He helped
wrap up final tasks that I was unable to complete during my visit to Idaho.
When a Buyer emerged and an inspection issue presented, Phil conveyed the concern with a solution.
The solution worked without extra expense and the home sold within 30 days of being brought to
market, at a value that was where Phil and I estimated the house would sell.
I am happy to say that I will never use another broker in the Hailey, Ketchum, or Sun Valley area, other
